1/2 Cup Dissolves INFLAMMATION and Boosts HEALTH and WELLNESS! Dr. Mandell
TURMERIC:
1. Anti-Inflammatory Properties: Curcumin, the active component in turmeric, has been studied for its ability to inhibit inflammatory molecules. It may help reduce inflammation in conditions such as arthritis, asthma, and even certain types of cancer. Curcumin’s anti-inflammatory effects could potentially alleviate symptoms associated with chronic inflammation, such as pain and swelling. When discussing this benefit, it might be beneficial to cite specific studies that have demonstrated turmeric’s anti-inflammatory effects.
2. Antioxidant Support: Curcumin is a potent antioxidant that scavenges free radicals, which can cause oxidative damage to cells and contribute to aging and disease. As an antioxidant, curcumin may help maintain overall cellular health and protect against oxidative stress-related conditions such as cardiovascular disease, neurodegenerative disorders, and certain cancers. Highlighting research on curcumin’s antioxidant properties could add credibility to this point.
3. Digestive Aid: Turmeric has been used in traditional medicine to support digestion and alleviate digestive discomfort. It may help stimulate bile production, which aids in the breakdown of dietary fats, and could support healthy digestion. Additionally, the anti-inflammatory effects of curcumin may benefit conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). When discussing this benefit, consider including information on traditional usage of turmeric for digestive support and modern research that supports these claims.
4. Joint Health: Research suggests that curcumin may help alleviate symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Its anti-inflammatory properties may reduce pain and inflammation in the joints, potentially leading to improved mobility and quality of life for individuals with arthritis. Including specific examples of how turmeric has been used in traditional medicine for joint health could make this information more relatable to viewers.
5. Brain Health: Curcumin has shown promise in supporting brain health and cognitive function. It may help modulate neurotransmitter levels and protect against age-related brain function decline. Curcumin’s potential roles in mood regulation and its influence on neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine could be valuable points to cover in the video. Additionally, discussing specific research findings on curcumin and brain health may help reinforce the credibility of this benefit.
HONEY:
1. Antimicrobial Properties: Honey contains natural hydrogen peroxide and several naturally occurring compounds with antimicrobial properties, making it effective in inhibiting the growth of bacteria and fungi. It has been used as a natural remedy for conditions such as sore throats, coughs, and minor skin infections. Providing examples of honey’s historical use in traditional medicine to combat infections and promote immune health could serve as engaging content for the video.
2. Cough Suppressant: Research has shown that honey may be as effective as over-the-counter cough suppressants in relieving cough symptoms, particularly in children. Its soothing properties and ability to coat the throat can help alleviate tickles and irritation while promoting throat comfort. Illustrating how honey’s texture and soothing properties can ease cough symptoms could resonate with viewers seeking natural remedies for common ailments.
3. Antioxidant Effects: Honey contains a variety of antioxidants, including flavonoids and polyphenols, which help neutralize free radicals and reduce oxidative stress in the body. By fighting cellular damage caused by free radicals, honey’s antioxidant properties can contribute to overall health and well-being. Discussing specific antioxidants present in honey and highlighting their potential health benefits could enhance the audience’s understanding of this aspect.

I do follow Dr Mandel. I agree with all of his remendies. Iam holistic. I wish I could have met a man like him when I was younger. Iam 86.
Adding turmeric to your food, especially casseroles, soups and curries also helps and once you become familiar with its delicious aromatic flavour you will look forward to eating it daily.
It’s high time we glorify our Lord Jesus Christ.
Love this Thanks!!

I noticed you did not mention how to actavate the carcumin, you have to add a pinch of black pepper… You would know this if you were an M.D. and not a chiropractor… If I am looking for medical advice, I go to a Medical Doctor… If I am looking for bad back advice, I go to a chiropractor… Get it???
Wow i just started this before watching and omg i felt great within seconds!
Turmeric is high in oxalates.
Thank you
So much. Your advice is always helpful and appreciated!
I am surprised, Dr. Mandel, that you didn’t say to add any black pepper…
I thought black pepper aided in better absorption of turmeric…
