  1. Deep breath… And exhale negative thoughts… I have posted relax music without voice over… Would appreciate your thoughts? Namaste

  2. WTF is that! Half hour non stop talking and not about what to do but only about her inner thoughts. This is not good meditation. This is just listening some woman with "calm voice"

  3. One of the best meditation , not to fast and no music in back ground , thank you mam for this wonderful meditation , i am suffering mentally, this meditation calms my mind

  4. Right now I am in pain. Listening to the meditation, focusing on my breath, accepting the pain and why it is there, has reduced my "poor me" feelings. Calmed my anxiety dramatically…thank you.

  5. Excellent video, it bought me precicly to a wonderful state of mind that has presisited through the whole day and the next.

  6. Starts off slow, a lot of guidance in the beginning but not a lot of breath cueing. Gives one space thru the middle and ends great. Give it a try, well worth the 30 mins. Thank you

  7. Great breathing meditation…
Calming voice that really eases you into the breath by connecting with body and sounds first. Gives enough time in between reminders to independently focus on n the breathe

  8. Great meditation. I have been working on mindfulness but then life threw me back into a whirlwind. Thank you for slowing it done and reeling me back in. It feels good being grounded
