  1. Anyone that says we need a vaccine is just shoving their nose in science. I haven’t had a vaccine in years for anything. And after the first year or so I did get sick quite a bit then finally I only usually get sick maybe 1-2 times every year or two

  2. The boosting immune system mantra is just for pharmaceutical marketing or for food supplements thst basically do nothing. From food we xan get al the necessary vitamins.

  3. It’s funny how, even there’s lots of new data supporting what Dr. Jen explains in the video, most people “has to keep believing”, almost religiously, that their vitamin C pills are helping them for a cold.

    It’s alarming, how in terms of health, most people behave in a “blind”, “magic”, and obscure way.

  4. Nah, she lost me when she said vaccines. I should’ve know there was a hidden agenda to this video. I have experienced the difference in my immune system due to eating a healthier diet, taking certain supplements. So, I can’t totally agree with all she saying.

  5. My problem is lack of sleep, I skip meals , anxiety, horrible diet & I don’t drink enough water. I also have allergies such has sea food & pollen. I have a history of asthma. I get frequent sinus infections & colds. I also get Acid reflux & IBS symptoms. My stress makes me also not want to eat which is why I lose weight or remain the same weight. A year ago I gained alotbif weight and lost it because I wasn’t happy with my self.

  6. 😢the weakened pathogen antigen protocol of vaccines is only effective with viruses, it does not effect with the same results with much or even slightly different viruses from the same family or bacteria, especially with the active bacteria that are designed with many disruption processes in their arsenal. That’s when immune boosting and optimizing protocols really have their chance to shine and do their best work. Take care of yourselves and don’t rely on external medicine as much as you can; the keys to the universe are said to be contained in the breath. So breathe easy and be well. ❤

  8. Yeah I’m gonna go ahead and say I had chronic upper respiratory infections and frequent sickness until I started eating Whole Foods. Lots of fruits and veg. I was sick every 1-2mo. I stayed well for almost a year til I fell off. Not to mention there are more in plants than just vitamins. So take out of that what you will.

  10. You lost me at take the vaccines 😭 but technically that is the only medication that can work but i think I’ll stick to a healthy diet, exercise,prayer, meditation and sleep.

  12. I’m a massage therapist and I started taking glucosamine and magnesium when I started getting joint pain in my hands…..I’m wondering if it’s a good idea now? Am I just pissing away these supplements?

  14. so from what ive gathered by reading comments and other articles..
    1. eat fruit and veg (i do)
    2. dont smoke (i dont)
    3. get a vaccine (not gonna happen)
    4. sleep (as is any of us can do that)
    5. drink water (all i ever do is drink water and my immune system sucks)
    6. excericse (i do and my immune system still sucks)
    7. dont stress (you really think thats possible in todays society?)
    8. check for deficiencies (i have done many times and drs say im fine)
    all this advice is pointless, where and how can i get a euthenasia done plz.. im sick of feeling and being sick all the time, theirs no way out of it, im done

  15. It is a propaganda video trying to diminishih humans abilities to do things to support their immune system by healthy habits and pushing vaccines instead.

  16. The only really way to "boost" your immune system is vaccines. Gives the weakened virus or bacteria the adaptive immune system chance to produce memory cells. it’s that or get an illness and have your immune system attack the pathogen. Other than that, keep it normal. Have a good diet. Sleep. Keep your stress down.

  17. So, let me get this straight, don’t self medicate with home grown herbal supplements but take bioengineered vaccines. Gotcha. 🤦🏻‍♂️

  19. Not very helpful, sounds like she is just defining immunity. When someone wants to understand their immune system better, they usually aren’t looking for such basic information. I think it’s a great video, just mis-titled.
