this is SO refreshing than going on one Extreme or another (vegan, to Keto or carnivore, neither is sustainable for 99% of people after a couple years if they are doing it strict, which MOST arent, they lie, ive known Vegans who confess , every once in a while they will have a couple eggs or some fish from time to time, but would NEVER admit it to their vegan friends)
