  3. Regardless of age, everyone must be abstemious in terms of eating. Too much consumption of foods may have a long term detrimental impact on health.

  4. this is SO refreshing than going on one Extreme or another (vegan, to Keto or carnivore, neither is sustainable for 99% of people after a couple years if they are doing it strict, which MOST arent, they lie, ive known Vegans who confess , every once in a while they will have a couple eggs or some fish from time to time, but would NEVER admit it to their vegan friends)

  10. The mainstream really don’t understand good nutrition facts… I’ve been studying nutrition for around 35 yrs and know there is a lot more to it than this video… I find it appalling the ignorance of the "health" system… in general…

  11. Fruits and vegetables have to be your most important food group. I’ve started losing a lot of weight simply by eating more vegetables. And it isn’t just about calories. There’s something about your hormones that change when you eat fruits and veg. As if your body can function better.
