The good news is that you don’t have to spend thousands of dollars on a private chef and personal trainer to live a healthier lifestyle. It starts with just a few little changes that you build upon day after day.

Sure, there are guys named Fabrice who charge 1000 English pounds per hour to whip your body into shape while wearing spandex, but you can also just go for a 30 minute walk every day to lower your stress, reduce the amount of cortisol being dumped into your blood, and even help you to lose weight. If you walk outside, the benefits are compounded. Experts who’ve gone to prestigious universities have studied the effects of being outdoors and learned it makes us happier, more cooperative, smarter, and retain our memories better, too.

You could also fork over some major cash to have a highly trained nutritionist tell you what not to eat, or you could just make some silly-simple changes like giving up one junk food a week, while replacing it with something better – like leafy greens, vegetables, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, sprouts, and healthy oils. If you did this every week, by the end of a single year you would have completely transformed your diet.

One of the biggest components to our overall health is mental health. We’re quick to ditch the sugar if we need to squeeze into a dress for a special event, but how much do we take our daily happiness into account? What if you could feel like a million bucks every day simply by altering the neurochemicals in your brain? It’s not hard to do this. Simply increase foods and lifestyle choices that create natural happiness hormones like dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin. That means you can eat dark chocolate, laugh as often as possible, and add probiotics to your gut to feel like every day is a good day.

Its about time you got down to change your lifestyle. Comment below and tell us – what’s the first step you’ll take ?

  1. Set small, achievable goals: Instead of drastically overhauling your routine, focus on making small changes that you can stick with. This could be something as simple as taking a 10-minute walk every day or swapping sugary drinks for water.

Increase your physical activity: Aim to incorporate more movement into your day. Even small changes like taking the stairs or parking further away from your destination can make a difference.

  2. One thing I’ve been doing is taking a walk for the past week or so after a decently traumatic experience my brain had with medicine. It’s definitely been helping me get in shape and feel a little better, though I am still struggling and it’s hard to not feel scared about certain things now. In other words, my anxiety is through the roof.

  3. nourish maxx powder by planet ayurveda is very effective for health body with daily routine exercised. It is free from any type of dangerous chemicals.

  4. My first steps will give up junk food and ditch sugar. It’s really important step. Also I will walking outside and will trainers. It’s very important to reduce stress and increase positive emotions.

  5. Starting a healthier lifestyle can seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. Taking small steps towards better health can add up to significant changes over time. Here are some tips to get started:

    1. Set realistic goals: Start by setting achievable goals for yourself. For example, if you currently don’t exercise, don’t aim to work out every day. Instead, start with a goal of exercising twice a week and gradually increase from there.

    2. Find an exercise routine you enjoy: Exercise doesn’t have to be a chore. Find an activity that you enjoy doing, whether it’s swimming, yoga, or dancing. When you enjoy what you’re doing, you’re more likely to stick with it.

    3. Eat a balanced diet: Eating a balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins is essential for good health. Avoid processed foods and sugary drinks, which can contribute to weight gain and other health problems.

    4. Get enough sleep: Getting enough sleep is essential for good health. Aim for seven to eight hours of sleep each night and establish a regular sleep routine to help you fall asleep more easily.

    5. Manage stress: Stress can take a toll on both your physical and mental health. Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as meditation, yoga, or talking to a friend.

    6. Make it a habit: It takes time to establish new habits, so be patient with yourself. Incorporate healthy habits into your daily routine and stick with them. Over time, they will become second nature.

In conclusion, getting started with a healthier lifestyle is all about taking small steps towards better health. By setting realistic goals, finding activities you enjoy, eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, managing stress, and making healthy habits a part of your daily routine, you can achieve better health and wellbeing. Remember, it’s never too late to start!

Idk how I let myself get here but I HATE myself for it. I miss the old me- working out every day, laughing, eating Whole Foods, working my butt off & doing things I love. I’m miserable & don’t know where to begin..

  10. I never got Covid ( though by all rights I should have ) and rarely get sick. I credit this to drinking an apple cyder detox drink first thing in the morning, drinking lots of herbal tea, getting plenty of exercise, and taking naps in the afternoon or after work every day.

  14. The best way to pass Olympic anti-doping tests is to compete clean and avoid using any prohibited substances or methods. Here are some key points to keep in mind:

    1. **Understand the Rules**: Familiarize yourself with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List, which outlines all banned substances and methods.
    2. **Stay Informed**: Regularly check for updates to the Prohibited List and any changes in anti-doping regulations.
    3. **Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs)**: If you need to use a prohibited substance for a legitimate medical condition, apply for a TUE. This exemption allows you to use the substance legally under strict conditions.
    4. **Be Cautious with Supplements**: Many supplements can be contaminated with banned substances. Use only those that are certified by reputable organizations.
    5. **Maintain Accurate Whereabouts**: Athletes in the testing pool must provide accurate whereabouts information to allow for out-of-competition testing.
    6. **Educate Yourself**: Take advantage of educational resources provided by anti-doping agencies to stay informed about best practices and your responsibilities as an athlete.

If you have any specific questions or need further guidance, feel free to ask!

  15. Small things but bring great changes!

    1. outdoor 30-minute walk everyday (lowers stress, helps lose weight)

    2. giving up one junkfood per week and exchange it with leafy greens, vegetables, fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, sprouts, and healthy oils (after a year, you’ll completely have a healthy diet!)

the mental health part would follow~

My first step would be to go to bed before 10 PM tonight and get 7–9 hrs of sleep, then start my daily exercise routine tomorrow!

    • The gym is a wonderful first step in any health and wellness program. Yet, a preliminary step would be to have an overal medical checkup, if you have not had one within the last few 3-4 months.
