  6. Absolutely! A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. Singer Madonna has been aa vegan for years and from what I understand is on a very restrictive diet altogether. And she looks extremely unhealthy. I know that sounds mean, but it is the best example I can think of that anyone can verify, besides I doubt she would ever read this. Listen to your body is sound advice IMO. If you are on some weird, restrictive diet and you have no energy and look like crap. THEN STOP IT! As the good Dr. Seys a well balanced diet is the only way. It doesn’t mean you cannot have a piece of cake with dinner either. It means you can’t have 3 pieces of cake instead of dinner πŸ˜‹
