This is why city parks are so important.
Nature is the greatest, free therapy😊
The Harmony of Nature is can be found in Kyoto
Being close to nature slow down the progression of stress and anxiety issues, as well as other issues which appears to slow us down as well with planet ayurveda’s herbal supplements and diet plans which needed to be followed strictly.
Thanks for sharing 🌻
Unfortunately with increased urbanisation and spending too much time indoors comes increased depression
Humanity needs to take care of its mental health 👍
Spending time each day in nature
10-20 mins helps keep me centred
1:49 "how we can integrate nature back into our cities" … ummm i think they are called … parks. =)
Even a park is good
Leave the damn city and live like your ancestors did!
Common sense…nature over man made society/envornment
So outside is the hospital. Ok 😅😅😅
The link in the description doesn’t work. Could you refer to the study again here on comments?

No matter what I could say that getting out of a city and walking for a half our 3 times a week in a natural area away from traffic can only be beneficial to anyone capable of talking for half an hour at a time with no risk of health related issues.
I love nature! The Jungle! Oh I just love gorillas they make me smile & laugh alot! J Danny! Crossing the desert on foot with green jute! Haha! Like making quinine out of the bark of the Cinchona tree! I have seeds! Can get stuff like that off Amazon Shopping! I was wearing Andy Fishers boots! Goofy dog!
Sound advice which needs to be repeated over and over again.
Amazing video
The Hospital has no medicinal help but just to hear the stories and give suggestions that can’t help at all, but I got cured after using the herbs i purchased from (doctor okougbo) on YouTube
🌲🤗🌳 Essex and Exeter Uni’s in England Champion Nature for Mental Health too 🌲🤗🌳👍👍
Some segments in the video are stamped not adjacent to each other
I will never interact with nature.
DUH.
Why do we think we can quantify nature? How many teaspoons of sunlight do we need? Tablespoons of trees? Weird and silly.
This material is exceptional. A book on a similar subject was a turning point for me. "A Life Unplugged: Reclaiming Reality in a Digital Age" by Theodore Blaze
I love hiking. I’m expecting to do more of it the more I read about current events.
This is a re-upload
Yes thanks I was just thinking this being outside today. I finally washed my clothes at a laundry mat and in my tub hahajaja

it does sound paradoxical that, to go inside, one has to go outside…
