  1. the thing is knawing the solution but i just cant do it
it is a very odd wierd feeling i cant even explain it

  2. Bro you had gave us a lot of mental and physical strength pills. Please give us some pills for skin care and inner health.

  3. The Book SPARK covers this in more detail along with THE other benefits of Exersice. It covers depression in one chapter: In a nutshell: Exersice and your Body will create chemicals that works as antidepressants without the negativen Effecta of antidepressants

  4. Problem with depression is you don’t want to do anything for bettering yourself. One of the reasons I got a dog was to force myself to get up and walk. The routine and consistency really helps and its less harder to get up in the morning to walk your furry friend than to do it for yourself.

  5. Doctors are TRAINED to believe medicine is the CURE for disease. That’s why there are alternative medicine naturopaths who offer natural remedies like exercise for depression.

  6. Psilocybin, LSD, and ketamine are absolutely life changing substances that have so much potential to help people with mental health issues.

  7. Never had medication against depression or anxiety.
All I ever did was walk, bike, grab a wedge and chop drift wood at the river bank, or going to the gym. I always stay longer at the gym than initially planned.
Exercising is what kept me sane throughout the pandemic.

  8. Struggled with depression for years. Was at a point where my wife was saying I needed to go to therapy. Before doing that, I was like “Let me try CrossFit first” because I knew I felt better after run/workout. And I will say it, nothing cures depression and gets you out of a rut like that. I do both that and therapy, and it’s half the cost of therapy with memberships but 10x better results. Plus, working out gets you jacked, therapy does not.

  9. As some have mentioned, it is easier said then done to get yourself out there, even just telling yourself to go for a walk can be tough. For me I try to I guess "trick" my brain to give myself an excuse or treat for going out. like saying "oh, I would like a snack to treat myself, and the store is just down the road" Or even "my friend is at their home now, I’d like to go visit them" Basically weeding your motivation to make walking an after thought to the "real" task.

  10. This is so important! I always make sure to get some level of exercise in! My mantra when I feel like I can’t do it today is, "It’s better to do less than nothing at all!"

  11. Exercise of course is a wonderful way to manage feeling low and enhance mood. However, the idea that you need to push people to exercise when they are depressed may not be an ideal one. In depression, sometimes it’s difficult to even manage to get out of the bed, and this is not just due to physical tiredness but also emotional as well. For this emotional state in depression, it is important to express one’s thoughts and feelings.

As noted in the video, it can be helpful for mild to moderate depression, however, we need to be careful not to push this down to someone and think they wouldn’t need to express themselves but just exercise.

As I said before, exercise is useful and helpful, however, it also depends on the severity of what one is going through.

Thank you for making this video.

  12. Nr1. Sleep
    Nr2. Work out
Nr3. Shower and brush your teeth.
    Nr3. Fresh air and sun:
Go for a walk outside in the fresh air, hell just drink your morning coffee outside in the fresh air.

Simple i know but it seriously makes a difference

  13. I did this for decades… To keep repressed memories repressed.
If you have to make a paycheck, sure.
If you are looking for actual help, find a qualified specialist. I’m there now.

  14. I was literally just about to look up how to improve mental health, then looked at the new uploads by people I’m subscribed to and saw this!

  15. For a long time now, your videos have been coming with this advertises. You used to make deep meaningful videos, and now it doesnt look like you even study at all about the subject youre going to talk about. It feels like you only post a video to get money from an advertiser. Such a shame because this was a great channel, and for the first time im feeling it im gonna unsubscribe soon from this channel.

  16. Brothers, when you wake up, open your window, let the sunlight in and take a walk for atleast 5 minutes. Don’t keep looking at your phone, don’t bring up music, just take a walk and try to appreciate the sorroundings. It seems like a small thing but doing this everyday keeps me from low energy levels and all the sleepless nights 😊

  17. When you do your favorite exercise or workout, you will feel more confident and energetic. When you set a goal of doing 100 pushups or 20 pull-ups and can achieve them, it’s the best feeling. If you can do all of them, you will believe in yourself more. That is the reason I work out every day to achieve some skills in calisthenics. It is a journey, just relax, and you will achieve them

  18. To those in the comments having issues with implementing a consistent exercise routine, I’d recommend reading Atomic Habits. It helped me a lot with maintaining a consistent exercise routine, especially when paired with physical activity that I found enjoyable and more sustainable.
